Welcome to SarkisTakesian.com.
This site is dedicated to preserving the memory and works of Dr. Sarkis Takesian, educator, author, and consummate storyteller. He lived and worked in Southern California until his passing in May of 2010, at the age of 85.
For those of you who knew Sarkis, please share with us your stories, anecdotes and memories about him on "Sharing Stories" page. Our hope is to eventually compile them into a book of stories about the storyteller.
His five historical novels on the immigration and assimilation of his extended family are available for sale here as well.
Thank you for visiting,
The Takesian Family
